General Terms and Conditions
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the Organizer and the users upon concluding contracts for the purchase and sale of tickets electronically through the website www.brandtalks.eu (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
I. INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE ORGANIZER AND THE MERCHANT Art. 1. (1) The ticket sales platform and the event itself are managed by BRAND TALKS EOOD - a single-member limited liability company, registered in the Commercial Register with UIC 207941015, with seat and registered address: BULGARIA, Sofia (1784), Mladost district, TSARIGRADSKO SHOSE, 111B, hereinafter referred to as "Organizer". II. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE TICKETS Art. 2. (1) The subject of the contract is the sale of electronic tickets for access to the event "BRAND Talks 2026", held in JOY Station Sofia. (2) The tickets sold give the right to the person whose names are indicated in them and who has the unique code/QR code/barcode, to visit the event.
III. ORDER, PRICES AND PAYMENT METHOD Art. 3. (1) All announced ticket prices are in euros (€) and are final. (2) The purchase is carried out without the need to register a user profile. By finalizing the order on the Site, the client concludes a distance purchase contract within the meaning of the Electronic Commerce Act. (3) The payment is carried out in one of the following ways, chosen by the client:
With a credit/debit card: through an integrated virtual POS terminal.
By bank transfer: to the Organizer's account (IBAN: IE55MPOS99039070789755, BIC: MPOSIE2D, Bank: myPOS).
(4) Upon stated request, the Organizer issues an invoice for the purchased tickets in euros, based on the data provided by the client (Company name, MOL, UIC, Address).
IV. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF TICKETS Art. 4. (1) The tickets are provided solely in electronic format (PDF). (2) When paying by card, the ticket is generated and sent automatically to the email address specified by the client immediately after a successful transaction. (3) When paying by bank transfer, the ticket is generated and sent to the client's email after the actual receipt of the amount in the Organizer's account.
V. RULES FOR ACCESS AND MINORS Art. 5. (1) Every visitor is obliged to keep their electronic ticket (on a mobile device or printed) until the end of the event. Each generated QR code is unique and allows only a single scan at the entrance of JOY Station Sofia. (2) The visitor is obliged to comply with the rules of internal order of the hall. Art. 6. (1) According to Art. 8 of the Child Protection Act, minor and underage visitors must be accompanied by their parents, guardians or custodians, as follows:
Persons under 14 years of age must be accompanied after 20:00;
Persons between 14 and 18 years of age must be accompanied after 22:00.
(2) When an escort is a person other than a parent/guardian, they are obliged to present a notarized declaration of consent from the parents.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Art. 7. According to Art. 57, item 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the provisions for the right of withdrawal from the contract within a 14-day period do not apply to the provision of services related to leisure activities that have a specific date or period of performance. The purchased tickets are not subject to return and exchange.
VII. CANCELLATION OF AN EVENT AND REFUND OF THE PAID PRICE Art. 8. (1) In the event of cancellation of the event due to the fault of the Organizer, the latter bears full responsibility for the refund of the amounts paid for the tickets. (2) The refund is made in euros, by bank transfer, to an account explicitly specified by the client, within 90 days after the announcement of the event's cancellation.
VIII. CONSENT FOR FILMING Art. 9. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions and attending the event, clients express their consent to be filmed/photographed (incl. video and photo), and the materials can be used by the Organizer for marketing and advertising purposes free of charge and without time limitation.
IX. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION Art. 10. The Organizer is a personal data administrator and processes them in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data (names, email, phone, invoice data) are collected and processed solely for the purposes of concluding the contract, issuing the ticket, accounting and information campaigns related to future events of the brand.
X. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES Art. 11. (1) In the event of a dispute, the client may refer to the bodies for alternative dispute resolution (General Conciliation Commissions to the Consumer Protection Commission). (2) To facilitate online disputes, users have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
